Troopers arrest, charge Lewis County resident with felony rape and endangering welfare of a child

NEW BREMEN- A resident from Lewis County is faced with rape accusations, according to investigators.

Creigh L. Myers, 23, of Lowville, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Alexandria Bay). Myers is officially charged with one felony count of rape in the third-degree and one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to Troopers, Myers is faced with these charges stemming from complaints filed July 30 in the town of New Bremen, Lewis County.

At press time, police said Myers was released on his own recognizance.
