Troopers arrest local resident for alleged intoxicated driving in Boonville

BOONVILLE- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Northern Oneida County.

On Thursday night, the New York State Police arrested and charged Cordell Jacob Brouty, 24, of Lowville, NY with one count of operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater – first offense).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the village of Boonville shortly after 10:00 p.m.

At press time, police said that Brouty was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
