UPDATE: Three more arrests made in Poland gang assault case, Troopers say

POLAND- Three more arrests have been made in the wake of a gang assault case in Poland, NY, authorities say.

Brett J. Dutcher, 19, of Poland, NY and two other juvenile suspects from Poland, NY, ages 16 and 18, were all arrested and formally charged Tuesday by the New York State Police (Herkimer) for one felony count each of gang assault in the second-degree (causing serious physical injury).

A name or gender for the juvenile suspects were not provided.

These arrests follow on the heels of accusations filed on Sunday against an 18-year-old juvenile suspect from Poland, NY, including felony gang assault, felony assault and a misdemeanor of criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree.

The incident in question reportedly occurred on Saturday night, State Police said.

At press time, Troopers said all suspects have been released on their own recognizance.
