Utica resident charged with intoxicated driving in Remsen, Troopers say

REMSEN- A Mohawk Valley area resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County, authorities are reporting.

Mark T. Albicker, 60, of Utica, NY was arrested Friday night by the New York State Police (Remsen). Albicker is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made Friday night in the town of Remsen.

At press time, police said that Albicker was issued with an appearance ticket.
