Westerville Man Accused of D.W.I. and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
A 54 year old Westernville man is facing D.W.I. and a felony unlicensed operation charge following a Saturday evening vehicle stop in the City of Rome. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged Bruce W. Davis with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree-Alcohol, a Class E felony; Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I. per se with No Prior, both Class U misdemeanors. Davis was released to a third party and will answer the charges in Rome City Court at a later date.
