FOR NORTHERN ONEIDA COUNTY-...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO MIDNIGHT EST SATURDAY NIGHT... * WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected, shifting to southwest Saturday morning. * WHERE...Northern Oneida, Madison, Southern Oneida, Chenango and Otsego counties. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to midnight EST Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be in the higher terrain. There will likely be a brief lull in the gusty winds early Saturday morning, before winds pick up again late Saturday morning and during the afternoon.
